JESUS is the way, the truth and the life.

  In our fast-paced, ever-changing world, individuals often find themselves overwhelmed by daily responsibilities and the pressures of modern life. Amid this chaos, one fundamental need often gets overlooked—spiritual nourishment. Feeding your spirit isn’t just about religious practices; it’s about achieving a sense of peace, purpose, and connection to something greater than oneself. In this guide, we’ll dive deep into the concept of spiritual nourishment, explore its benefits, and provide actionable ways to integrate it into your daily life.

Spiritual nourishment refers to practices and beliefs that enrich your inner self by walking with truth and bringing balance and fulfillment to your life. It encompasses a variety of paths, including meditation, community engagement, introspection, and personal growth. The ultimate goal is to foster a sense of well-being, clarity, and purpose through the word of GOD.

Begin by understanding what your spirit is yearning for in life. The soul seeks peace, clarity, and a sense of belonging. Reflect upon yourself and see what area you feel you need to grow more in and start there. 

Grow your strength by meditating on the word of GOD; you will discover that you are gaining peace of mind and clarity of thought daily. 

And as you gain these you will start to see you.

Starting a spiritual journey can feel daunting. Break it down into manageable steps and celebrate small wins along the way.

Incorporate spiritual practices into your existing routine. For example, practice mindfulness during your commute or listen to an audio bible maybe even an inspiring podcasts while exercising. Pray while moving throughout the day as it will strengthen you and build your Faith.

It’s natural to question your path. Remain open and allow yourself the freedom to explore different approaches until you find what resonates with you. 

The LORD will not forsake you.

Psalms 23:3

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

While religion often involves a specific set of beliefs and practices, spiritual nourishment is more about personal growth and connection, which exist outside formal religious structures.

Its building a relationship with the LORD which is life to the body and nourishment for the soul.

Its forgiveness and Grace to learn and grow.

Hosea 6:6

For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.

This varies from person to person. Some may notice immediate effects, while for others, it may take weeks or months of consistent practice.

Daniel 10:12

Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.

Absolutely. Many people find a blend of practices—like reading your Bible, meditation, journaling, and community service—works best for them. Prayer at any and all times for all things. 

Always lead back to the LORD JESUS.

Matthew 16:24

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Online communities and forums can be a great alternative, offering connection and support from people worldwide.

Matthew 18:20

For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Spiritual growth is often intangible, but you will notice changes in your mood, relationships, and overall sense of well-being.

Your ways of speaking will change as you have gained understanding. You will most likely start to like what you haven’t liked and dislike what you have liked.

You will start having more compassion and empathy for others in life as you open your heart and gain understanding.

These are just a few ways that will show your growth. 

Ezekiel 36:26

A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

Embarking on a journey of spiritual nourishment and growth is one of the most rewarding endeavors you can undertake. It’s not about reaching a destination but about the ongoing process of self-discovery and connection with the LORD. Start small, stay consistent, and remain open to the transformative power of nourishing your spirit through the word of GOD.

Strengthen your faith with each passing day by reading the word of GOD and walking in righteousness. 

Embrace this beautiful gift that has been giving to us which is a relationship with our creator the LORD our GOD.

2 Corinthians 13:11-12-13-14

Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.

Why shall one give to a place that you have no idea where your funds go as you do charity work. The LORD has given you the privilege to help others and receive the joy of life from doing so. When you give money or anything with no heart behind it you should of kept it as it meant nothing.  I tell you a dollar coming from a place of love is more valuable than a million dollars from a heartless individual who has no compassion. The LORD will bless that dollar and make it endless but the million will depart and most likely drag your soul to hell. Food for thought. Glory be🦅🕊

  There will be times in life that complications will appear out of nowhere and you will stand there wondering what to do. This moment will come when you least expect it as I'm sure it has once before.
I have found If you trust in the LORD and keep HIS word in your heart you will gain the understanding that HE will always be with you. HE will comfort you in these times of dismay.
The LORD will sustain you and guide you so Cast your burdens upon the LORD.
Worry not as you have a comforter who loves you and cares for you. HE will wipe every tear from your faces and lead you down the path of righteousness for HIS names sake.
As you trust in the LORD you will gain the strength to continue on. A strength that will help you achieve things you never thought possible.
The LORD will help you in these times of dismay. HE will uphold you and guide you to the light. I pray you find comfort in the LORD.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and soul. May the peace of the LORD be with you always.🙏

Drugs are not the answer and definitely not the way to happiness. 

There are two sides to addiction. 

Side one-

 You will feel like you are invisible and can do anything with more strength and confidence than ever before. You will feel more important in life and think that everything is okay.

You will think that you are doing no wrongs and everyone else is the problem.

The entire time you are using you are serving a demon you cannot beat alone and soon he will show his power and you will bow.

Side 2(The reveal)

Now there will be a day that arises and you will be filled with dismay and you will have an urge to use and when you try to you will be met with difficulties you can't imagine.  These circumstances will make you do things you never thought you would as you will now know the hold it has on you.

You will lose all joy and your outlook an everything and everyone will change as you now live in darkness. You will be in a self made prison and the only way to be released is to surrender. 

Understand that the demon of addiction is unbeatable alone and that you need the LORD as you are lost and bound.  One has to understand it's more than what's at the surface. The addiction started because you were lacking understanding in life and reached for death instead of life.

You wanna enjoy life and grow old without being ashamed of who you are.

Today there are many whom are just starting and many whom will decide today is the day they quit. Always know that there are some who didn't awake this morning and departed this world bound and in pain.

Be grateful for all and enjoy life . 

Don't be decived to thinking happiness lies in a substance or any material. 

Fulfillment only comes from the LORD and anything else will only leave you lost and broken.

Everything that you felt in side one is true while walking with the LORD and you aren't being decived.  

The only way to gain this understanding of self is to repent and walknin righteousness with the LORD all the rest of your days.

Say no to drugs.

.Spread the gospel
.Tell someone your life story
.Walk your dog

.Play with your animals

.Write a poem,song,story that Glorifies the LORD

.Ask the ones you live with about their day

.Teach your kids something that will benefit them daily(The word of GOD)

.Donate to a charity of your choice

.Look at the stars, sky and clouds
.Pick up trash in your neighborhood
.Call someone you haven't in a while
.Clean your house/ room
.Go to work early
.Make a list of things you need to accomplish
.Plan your dinners for the week
.Play a board game with the family
.Read a book
.Take a walk
.Help your neighbor with anything they may need help with
.Volunteer somewhere in need of your time or skills
.Meditate
These are a list of some of the things you can do to keep one busy and to prosper your mindset. Most of these are to help you serve others and become a helping hand to all around. With every righteous decision you make you become a better person and the world benefits . Do it all for the Glory of the LORD and Praise not your own hands. Ask the LORD daily what it is HE wants you to do and follow through.

The resurrection 🦅

I started life full of ideas with a mindset of what I wanted and who I was. Over time it was slowly destroyed and replaced with something I knew not. All when I was busy focusing on things I should have never. While I was doing what I was myself was being buried in darkness. My thoughts, my ideas and who I was had been replaced with a shell of a person. I no longer felt worthy of myself and in turn was slowly disappearing.

What I have found is that when a person walks with the LORD and desires to know the LORD and trusts the LORD that the person is resurrected. 

To the Glory of the LORD I arose stronger and I am becoming wiser as the LORD is removing all that had me bound. Now I know whom the LORD is and I am learning who I truly am with each passing day. 

What I am saying’s is this;

Trust in the LORD and HE will make stronger than you have ever been as you will trust in and know the LORD which is life itself🦅
