Expressing Faith

My GOD. Oh, how I love you so. When I am in distress and my body is put to the test , I call upon thee.

You always answer me.

My hands are sore and numb for sure.

Though it hurts I am never in Fear cause you are here. 

You say;Don’t fear it will disappear.

I pushed my body but GOD has got me.

My healer you are.

My LORD your blessings rain from above.

My body will heal this I know.

I love you for all.

I will praise you everyday in every way.

Oh, I love you so, My LORD.

Amen.

The darkness has faded.

I found my home.

I want no more.

I am fed.

I am not thirsty.

I scream to the heavens with joy.

You make me feel like a little boy.

It is such a delight to sit on your shoulders.

Your words hit me like a boulder.

They stick to me and build me up with each passing day.

As I walk your way the words I say are all praise.

Dreams are coming true and it’s all because of you.

The salvation you have given me has woke

my lion.

I yearn to live in the light.

To be righteous is an honor.

You are my all.

JESUS I love you.

GOD thank you.

You are my foundation, my strength.

Amen.

For so long my soul was in distress.

For pains that would rain on my best days.

Road blocks and broken plans aplenty.

My heart was heavy and my soul was grieved.

I cried to the heavens and you heard my cry.

You reached down and dried my eyes.

Told me to calm down that my life is a plan.

Stay next to you and I shall not hurt again.

You said arise and go shine.

Then I knew our hearts were intertwined.

You blessed me and showed me your strength.

You, I will forever praise.

My waymaker.

I looked ahead and only saw dread.

This was because inside I was dead.

I was blind and had no sense of what was ahead.

Then I said to myself there has got to be something else.

I looked to the sky and I cried.

That is when I heard what you said.

To learn your ways and that you have come to

save.

My eyes were opened and I saw bright as day.

I looked ahead and thought to only see dread but instead I saw you saying keep pushing ahead.

The darkness has cleared cause you are here.

Your word lights my path and shows me the way.

My eyes open more and more with each passing day.

Today there is nothing in the way because you have cleared the way.

I was in distress.

My body is weak and bruised.

In pain I cry to you.

As I pray, I feel your presence.

I open my eyes to a sound of pure

bliss.

My ears ring as I hear you sing.

I dry my eyes as I look to the sky.

Though I felt you by my side.

You said,I will heal, just be still.

My soul was singing as I heard you sing.

You are king and I am free.

You see me and love me.
Stay strong as I sing this song.

As you sing this song I relax as it won’t be long till I am healed and great I’ll feel.

I was against the wall.

I was feeling so small.

I cried to you and you gave me ear.

I prayed for the pain to go away.

I heard you say to don’t be in dismay to walk your way.

On that day I walked away from my source of pain.

I am sure I did what I did so my soul could soar.

Before I would have stayed in distress.

Life is not the same as I have a way to bliss.

My LORD, you are my all.

With you I know I wont fall.

All because of you I feel so tall.

My help you are.

I’ll wait for your help as I look to the stars.

My life is changing and I am singing.

I dance and pray as your help comes my way.

So today, I will be still as I sit and wait on you, my LORD.
